About the Therapist

Hi, I’m Aditi Chawla, a therapist with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from St. Joseph’s University, India. I currently work in private practice, offering therapy to individuals seeking support with emotional wellbeing, relationships, and personal growth.

Alongside my private practice, I consult with several institutes, including universities and hospitals, providing therapy, workshops, and mental health support services.

I am a certified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapist (REBT). My therapeutic work also draws from psychodynamic and humanistic approaches, allowing for a flexible, personalised experience based on your unique needs.

As a queer-affirmative therapist, I am committed to creating an inclusive, non-judgemental space for clients across all gender identities and sexual orientations.

I commonly work with clients navigating:
-
Anxiety and Stress
-
Self-Esteem and Confidence Challenges
-
Academic and Career Concerns
-
Relationship and Family Dynamics
-
OCD tendencies and Sleep Difficulties
-
Burnout, Boundaries, and Life Transitions

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in respect and confidentiality. I believe therapy can be a space for both deep reflection and practical action—where you can process your experiences and explore new ways of moving forward.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply seeking a safe space to explore your thoughts, I’m here to support you.
